TPCC will have several events during the CRP Convention - and we need volunteers to help us set up/tear down and greet our guests.

TPCC General Meeting (Saturday Afternoon)

On Saturday afternoon (time pending), we will be hosting a general open-invitation meeting for Convention attendees, where we will introduce them to the Caucus, provide a great speaker, and hopefully expand support for our caucus's mission!

We need volunteers to hand out agendas and greet attendees, as well as a few tougher individuals who can handle disruptions should any arise. We also need volunteers to help set-up and tear-down before and after the event (will be for about an hour in total).

TPCC Panel Discussion (Saturday Afternoon)

Also on Saturday afternoon (time pending), we will be hosting a open-to-the-public panel discussion with experts discussing topic we will reveal at a later date.

We need volunteers to hand out agendas and greet attendees, as well as a few tougher individuals who can handle disruptions should any arise. We also need volunteers to help set-up and tear-down before and after the event (will be for about an hour in total).

TPCC Hospitality Suite (Saturday Night)

On Saturday night, we will be hosting a meet and greet for Convention guests with food and drinks. There will be entertainment all night long!

We need volunteers to help set-up and tear-down.

Team At-Large

These volunteers will help in other functions throughout the convention - whether it be "Gophering" for supplies, or being  our "Johnny-on-the-spot", you'll help us keep the wheels turning!

Managing a floor caucus at a CRP Convention is a complex undertaking and we need over 100 volunteers! From alert committee 'operatives' to information booth staffers, to researchers, to security personnel at caucus room doors, we're going to need your help!
